We had such a comfortable and inviting stay. The rooms are extremely clean and provide everything you need for your stay, the beds are comfy and it’s very quiet so you are not interrupted. Aside from the room itself the staff are absolutely great, they are very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Matt and Karl in particular on the night team were fantastic, so friendly and ensured we got the most out of our stay. I travel to Sheffield a lot and I can say that going forward this hotel will be my go to place. The location is also perfect.

Very short wait on check-in and a lovely staff member at the desk explaining everything clearly. Clean room with adequate facilities and plenty of power points for chargers, etc. Nice sized TV, reasonable view from the windows on the upper floors too. Water & Tea/Coffee facilities were perfect and clean. Breakfast was really nice with freshly cooked "Full English" well laid out, and cereals, breads, etc well stocked

Our stay was part of a surprise birthday celebration for my boyfriend. I had mentioned it as part of my booking expecting maybe a small note or something special left in the room. The team at Leonardo were kind enough to give us vouchers for free coffee from the bar for both days of our stay as well as a free alcoholic drink and a discount on food at the restaurant. Then when we got into the room the team had left us crisps, chocolate and cider. Lovely touches to make a wonderful wee trip even more memorable. Gold stars for all the team at Leonardo Sheffield.

This was our second stay in the hotel. Even better as the room was more spacious than the first time. Still excellent bed and shower. Tea/coffee making facilities with good variety of teas. Iron and ironing board in the room also. Everything absolutely spotless. Very quiet. Interesting varied menu in the restaurant or for room service. Convenient parking under the hotel (free for us, holders of a disabled driver parking disk). Also noticed that the hotel is very convenient to the railway station if needed. Staff always efficient and friendly. Particularly pleased that when we rang a week later to query about a forgotten item in the room it was immediately identified in the lost and found register and was ready to be picked up conveniently

Solid, good value hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the room itself matched those of many luxury hotels. Night staff acted promptly when a group in the internal courtyard were disturbing sleep in rooms looking onto it. Location is a short walk to trains and city sites. I didn't have dinner there but downstairs bar/cafe felt perfectly comfortable for solo traveler.

For the 2nd year staying exactly the same dates Dec 21st to Christmas Eve. Was like coming back to Sheffield knowing I would have the same great experience there. The bonus was to meet new people and new staff. On one evening when the excellent bar/restaurant was less busy the bar was served by Tanya. Great host and really attentive to customer conversation. Thoroughly enjoyed what would have been a bit of a lonely evening. Note to Management. You have wonderful staff whenever I arrive. Look after them!!

There was a welcome gift and personalised card which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and the beds very comfy. I liked the fact that there was a bath and the shower was also good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and extremely tasty! I was happy that the room supplied a decent hairdryer.

The room we were allocated was overlooking the the inner courtyard. We did notice that we got noise from the next room. We have stayed at the hotel many times, and we have never had a problem before. The room we normally have are on the outside of the hotel, and the walls may be that bit thicker.

Bed and linen. Natural light through large window. Staff attentive. Breakfast staff obviously work hard and don't get much thanks from an often rude public Housekeeping on Floor 2 approachable and helpful. Thanks to them.
